Church Planting
God's word teaches  that church planting is evangelising the lost, discipling believers and caring for people. 
ENCOUNTER is passionate about helping plant churches  based on Jesus' words in Matthew 18:18, "upon this rock, I will build my church" which affirms the vital place of the church in the plan of God.

Church Support
Encounter believes that pastoral care is a vital part of church life. Encounter provides support to churches offering pastoral care training, facilitators training to run courses that help individuals live a fulfilled life and personal prayer ministry.
