God's word teaches that church planting is evangelizing the lost, discipling believers and caring for people.
ENCOUNTER is passionate about helping church plants in our local community based on Jesus' words in Matthew 18:18, "upon this rock, I will build my church" which affirms the vital place of the church in the plan of God.
