  • You may share ministry content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.

4. Donations & Financial Contributions

  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Encounter Ministries will ensure contributions are used for ministry purposes in accordance with its mission.

5. Media & Photography

  • By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for ministry purposes, including promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

6. Health & Safety

  • Attendees are responsible for their own well-being during events.

  • Please inform the organisers in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements.

7. External Links & Third-Party Content

  • Our website or events may include links to external resources. Encounter Ministries is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites or organisations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Encounter Ministries, its leaders, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in ministry activities, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms
